The Victoria Room Gift Certificates delivery via email

The Victoria Room Gift Certificates are delivered by email to the email address entered by the purchaser. Some email accounts (especially work email and Hotmail accounts) may categorise our email vouchers as unwanted or 'spam' email. To avoid this please add our email address (remove XX) info XX @thevictoriaroom XX .com to your address book.

The Victoria Room is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of an email voucher being blocked by web filters or firewalls. If the recipient does not receive the email Gift Certificate, please contact our office immediately on 02 9357 4488 to send Gift Certificate/s to an alternative email address. Alternatively, we can change the delivery method which would incur the normal delivery fee of that service.

The Victoria Room Gift Certificates delivery via Standard Post (Australia Only)

The Victoria Room offers a standard postal service.  We accept no responsibility for the Australia Post standard service. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

If for any reason your Gift Certificate doesn’t arrive via Australia Post, please contact us immediately and we can arrange to have the voucher emailed to you free of charge.

Please note: postal delivery is only available 10am-5pm Tuesday to Fridaym (except public holidays).  Otherwise please allow 72 hours for your order to be processed.

A re-delivery charge will apply (depending on the method chosen) if the item is lost, if the recipient is unavailable for receipt of delivery, if the delivery address is incorrect or if there is no safe place to leave the item.

The Victoria Room Gift Certificates delivery via Express Post (Australia Only) 

The Victoria Room can also provide you with the Express Post tracking code to contact Australia Post in the event you need to locate the whereabouts of your delivery. We accept no responsibility for Australia Post Express Post service. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please note:  Express postal delivery service is only available 10am-5pm Tuesday- Friday (except Public Holidays), otherwise please allow 72 hours for your order to be processed.

A re-delivery charge of $10 will apply if the recipient is unavailable for receipt of delivery, if the delivery address is incorrect or if there is no safe place to leave the item.

We are not liable for any loss suffered as a result of a voucher being lost in the Express Post mail process or not arriving on time.

Refund Policy 

All Gift Certificates purchased from The Victoria Room  (either via on-line or directly from The Victoria Room) are non-refundable and not exchangeable/redeemable for cash.

Please note that each Gift Certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please be advised that the expiration date is final and cannot be extended.

The Victoria Room accepts responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so by clicking the "I agree" box in the Order form.

In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.
